Rental Policies

Reservations:
Reservations are encouraged for your party or banquet needs well in advance, especially during the summer months. This will help to insure availability and allow ample time for your order to be packed for delivery or pickup. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the rental at time of reservation.

Full Payment:
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery. For all rental fees, deposits and services is due in advance, on or before delivery, or pickup by the customer. Upon return and inspection of the merchandise, the customer’s account will be closed. At that time, an invoice will be mailed or the customer’s credit card billed.

Delivery:
Delivery is available at a nominal fee in the Atlanta area. Delivery charges are based on zip code. The minimum delivery charge is $50.00. Deliveries include first floor, to your door or dock. There will be additional charges for other than first floor deliveries.

Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pickup.

Our service DOES NOT include set up and take down of tables and chairs.

If this service is desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pickup, with a special charge applied.

No equipment may be taken apart or moved to another address, unless Ken's Events Inc. gives specific consent.

All broken, burned, damaged, excessively soiled or lost items are charged in addition to accrued rental.

Our item counts must be accepted unless we are notified IMMEDIATELY. NO CREDIT will be given for unused equipment unless it is returned with our delivery staff or returned by the customer prior to the start of the event.

Pick Up:
For sanitary reasons, all dishes, glasses and serving pieces must be rinsed, food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be made for all boxes and crates not returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are added to rental charges. China, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if returned chipped. If you discover a chipped or broken item upon delivery, please notify us at once so that you won’t be charged for it.
